As we can see in the video, most of the Japanese is in ひらがな and 漢字 character. These two character have cover most of the subjects and explain the content.For example:

 國語(かぐや姫の物語)

 物理

数学

ひらがな is used for conjugation ending and funtion words, as we can see in the above.
漢字 is used in terms and nouns.




We can also find カタカナ in the video.

 

ナトリウム(sodium)

 

ボルタ電池(Voltaic pile)

テスト(Test)

These words are present in カタカナ, and all of these are foreign words as type in above.

It is fun to find out the foreign words from カタカナ, especially you know this word already.
